MCCT’s winter production: Tom Stoppard’s Travesties will be holding auditions in the Monroe County Public Library:
August 4th from 2-5pm, Meeting Room 1C
& August 5th from 2-5pm, Monroe County Public Library Auditorium
Available roles are:
Henry Carr-male, early 20s
Tristan Tzara- male, early 20s
James Joyce- male, mid-late 30s
Lenin- male, late 40s
Bennett- male, any age…
Gwendolen- female, late teens-early 20s
Old Cecily- female, early 70s (Note: this is a cameo role. The character appears only in the final scene)
No prepared monologues necessary. Sides will be available. Headshot and resume helpful, but not required.
Rehearsals will start approximately one week after auditions. Show dates will be in late October-early November.
