How can I donate to MCCT?
Only through your contributions are we able to provide an entertaining and fulfilling season. Please consider donating to Monroe County Civic Theater Incorporated, a not-for-profit organization. We suggest donation at one of the following convenient levels, but of course we welcome all donations of any amount you choose. All donations are tax-deductible.
(Please note that these are honorary titles only. You do not need to donate in order to participate in our productions.)

We also accept donations during intermission or after the show at most admission-free performances such as Shakespeare in the Park.
Are donations to MCCT tax-deductible?
Yes, all donations to MCCT are tax-deductible. Please let us know when donating if you require a receipt for tax purposes.
Can I support MCCT by purchasing merchandise?
We offer t-shirts featuring theater member Rance Fawbush's original "Uncle Will Wants You!" design on the front and our logo on the back. The shirt is 100% cotton, with white printing on a black background. They are $10 each; please contact us at info@mcct.org or 812-876-8758 for details.
We have previously offered additional merchandise through a Cafe Press store; however, maintenance on this project has been discontinued for lack of sales. If you would be interested in purchasing such merchandise, please let the Webmaster know by e-mailing webmaster@mcct.org. If there is sufficient interest from the community, the store may potentially be reopened.
Does MCCT have advertising space for sale?
You may purchase an ad in our programs. You may design the ad yourself or we will gladly help. Purchased ads are placed in programs for an entire season (year) and are guaranteed to be in at least four programs during the year, although we typically have 5-7 productions.
Rates are:

Ads and sponsorships for single productions are also available. Costs will vary according to production and recognition desired.

Does MCCT have corporate sponsorships available?
Yes. We have four levels of sponsorship currently available, as follows:
- Honorary Stage Manager Sponsor ($250.00)
MCCT will provide:
- Your business featured as an Honorary Playwright Sponsor in two of MCCT's press releases to print/broadcast media in 2010
- Quarter page display ad in each of MCCT's 2010 season program books (minimum 1,200 for season)
- Your business listed on sponsor page in each 2010 season program book (Sponsors recieve copies of press releases and program books)
- One original design MCCT 100% cotton shirt
As an Honorary Stage Manager Sponsor, your business will provide:
- $250 payment
- Camera ready print display ad (2.5 x 4")
- Honorary Playwright Sponsor ($500.00)
MCCT will provide:
- Your business featured as an Honorary Stage Manager Sponsor in four of MCCT's 2010 press releases to print/broadcast media
- Half page display ad in each of MCCT's 2010 season program books (minimum 1,200 for season)
- Your business listed on sponsor page in MCCT's 2010 season program books (Sponsors recieve copies of press releases and program books)
- Your business listed on the MCCT Web site as an Honorary Playwright Sponsor
- Two original design MCCT 100% cotton shirts (size your choice)
As an Honorary Playwright Sponsor, your business will provide:
- $500 payment
- Camera ready print display ad (5 x 4")
- Honorary Director Sponsor ($1,000.00)
MCCT will provide:
- Your business featured as an Honorary Director Sponsor in all 2010 MCCT press releases to print/broadcast media
- Your business name on the cover of each of the MCCT 2010 season program books
- Lobby sign up to 3' x 3' (sponsor-provided) placed at each performance of the MCCT 2010 season stating your business name and Honorary Director Sponsor
- Full page display ad in each of the MCCT 2010 season program books (minimum 1,200 for season)
- Your business listed on sponsor page in the 2010 season program books (Sponsors recieve copies of press releases and program books)
- Your business listed on the MCCT Web site as an Honorary Director Sponsor and your ad placed on the MCCT Web site
- Your Web site link placed on the MCCT Web Site
- Four original design MCCT 100% cotton shirts (size your choice)
As an Honorary Director Sponsor, your business will provide:
- $1,000 payment
- One lobby sign for as noted above
- Camera ready print display ad (5 x 8")
- Your Web site specifics for link from MCCT Web site
- Honorary Producer Sponsor ($1,500.00--our newest and most exciting sponsorship)
MCCT will provide:
- All of the above PLUS
- Your business listed above the title in all publicity and advertising on one production of your choice as co-producer with MCCT
- Your business name and logo on the cover of the program book for that production
- Full page display ad in each of the 2010 season program books (minimum 1,200 for season)
- The opportunity for sampling your business and/or products at all performances of that production
As an Honorary Producer Sponsor, your business will provide:
- $1,500 payment
- Specifics outlined above
