Auditions

Auditions for MCCT’s first Madrigal Dinner will be Saturday, October 8 from 11:30-1:30 at Monroe County Public Library Auditorium.

11:30-12:30 is auditions for actors, jugglers, magicians, comedians and strolling minstrals and musicians. We need people to play in a 3 piece early music ensemble so if you play harp, recorder, Lute or some other early music instrument – we would love to have you audition. Please play for us your favorite Old English Carol. We are looking for actors that will be the entertainment during dinner and in between the head table singing – some of you will also serve as waiters in your role. You will be auditioned in the order you arrive – please try to arrive early but be prepared to a wait your turn.

12:30-1:30 is auditions for the singers for the head table – we need 4 male voices and 4 female voices – please be prepared to stay the entire hour and to auditions together – we are looking for the best blend. You will be singing Old English Carols for the audition.
